A Tinseltown Christmas

Christmas at the movies, generously defined: Elf, Home Alone, and The Muppet Christmas Carol — and yes, Die Hard and Forrest Gump made the bill. A guest ballerina danced “Once Upon a December,” the Arts Barn Kids demanded “Must Be Santa,” and the whole thing ran on a full orchestra under an art-deco movie marquee.
